Personal calendar tools
Calendar actions,
from a simple request.
Calendar Control is a private, on-demand tool operated by Neer Patel. It lets an authorized Notion AI agent inspect and search Google Calendar events, create requested events, and adjust event reminders and Free/Busy availability.
This is the application's information site, not a calendar dashboard or sign-in page. Authorization and tool execution happen through the existing Notion Worker.
What it does
- Reads events, recurring-series details, reminder settings, and calendar metadata.
- Creates requested events with explicit reminders and availability.
- Previews supported reminder changes, applies authorized changes, and checks stored results.
Access stays limited
The current implementation is restricted to the operator’s two authorized, owned primary Google calendars. It does not offer public account registration, background schedules, calendar-sharing changes, or event deletion. Its write tools refuse events with attendees.
Google permission to manage owned-calendar events is broader than the particular operations this tool exposes. A stored reminder setting is not a guarantee that a device notification will arrive.
Privacy and control
Calendar results are processed through Notion and its authorized agent. No calendar contents or credentials are published on this site. Read the privacy policy for access, storage, and revocation details.
